These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuoteCraft (the "Service"), operated by QuoteCraft ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QuoteCraft is a proposal and quote generation tool for contractors. You can create, brand, send, and track proposals for your customers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful content, sending spam, attempting to break or probe our systems, or using the Service to defraud your customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the business, proposal, and customer information you enter into QuoteCraft ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
QuoteCraft offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Team plans. Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
